RETURN, REFUND, DIGITAL PRODUCT & CONTENT USE POLICY

Roosters Peacock has a 7-calendar-day return policy for eligible physical products. To request a return, contact roosterspeacockstore@gmail.com within 7 calendar days after the carrier marks the order delivered. The approved return must also be mailed and postmarked within that same 7-day period. Returns requested or mailed after the deadline will not be accepted.

ELIGIBLE PHYSICAL RETURNS

To qualify for a return, an eligible item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which it was received, in its original packaging, and returned with all original tags, accessories, and included materials. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

STARTING A RETURN

Email roosterspeacockstore@gmail.com with your order number, the item being returned, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before they are mailed. After approval, the complete return address and return instructions will be provided privately. Items mailed without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Roosters Peacock. Using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended. Roosters Peacock is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

FINAL-SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Salves

• Herbs, teas, botanicals, spices, herbal remedies, herbal preparations, and herbal products of any kind

• Aromatherapy products

• Essential oils and blended oils

• Beauty and personal-care products

• Candles

• Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products

• Gift cards

• Sale, clearance, and final-sale items

• Personal readings and completed services

These products are non-returnable regardless of whether they have been opened or used. A normally non-returnable product may still qualify for assistance when it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact roosterspeacockstore@gmail.com within 7 calendar days if an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, the damage or defect, the shipping packaging, and the shipping label when applicable. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, correction, or refund.

DIGITAL AND PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Digital downloads, printable products, guides, worksheets, journals, reference materials, card decks, and other electronically delivered products are not returnable or refundable after purchase.

An exception may be made only when there is a verified technical problem with the actual digital product, such as:

• The file is corrupted

• The file will not download

• The file cannot be opened

• The wrong file was delivered

Customers must email roosterspeacockstore@gmail.com with their order number and a description or screenshot of the technical problem. We will first attempt to provide a working replacement file or correct the technical problem. When the product cannot be corrected or properly delivered, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Refunds will not be provided because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, purchased the wrong product, or does not have the software, device, printer, or equipment needed to access or print it.

PERMITTED USE OF DIGITAL AND PRINTABLE PRODUCTS

Roosters Peacock digital and printable products may be used for personal and educational purposes. Purchasers may use the information for learning, teaching, personal reference, or educational instruction.

Unless a separate written license specifically says otherwise, digital and printable products may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, shared as downloadable files, uploaded to another platform for distribution, included in another product offered for sale, or claimed as another person’s original work.

USE OF DOWNLOADABLE CARD DECKS

Downloadable tarot, oracle, affirmation, divination, and other card decks created by Roosters Peacock may be used for:

• Personal readings

• Online readings

• In-person readings

• Free readings

• Paid or professional readings

• Livestreamed readings

• Recorded readings

Purchasers may print the cards for their own personal or professional reading use and may display the cards while providing readings to clients. This permission allows the cards to be used as tools during free or paid reading services.

This permission does not allow the purchaser to sell, reproduce, redistribute, share, or claim ownership of the cards, wording, designs, or artwork.

Downloadable card files and printed copies may not be:

• Resold as digital files

• Sold as printed cards or physical decks

• Repackaged or included in another product offered for sale

• Uploaded to another website, marketplace, membership, or file-sharing platform

• Shared or distributed as downloadable files

• Copied and used to create another deck, printable, guide, or competing product

• Claimed as the purchaser’s own original work

• Displayed or distributed in a way that allows another person to copy or download the complete deck

• Edited or altered and then offered for sale or redistribution

Purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright. All original digital products, card designs, wording, artwork, photographs, and printable materials remain the intellectual property of Roosters Peacock.

PHOTOGRAPHS, PRODUCT IMAGES, ARTWORK, AND VISUAL CONTENT

All original product photographs, styled product images, lifestyle photographs, artwork, graphics, illustrations, labels, designs, logos, advertisements, and other visual content created by Roosters Peacock, created specifically for Roosters Peacock, or for which Roosters Peacock owns the rights remain the property of Roosters Peacock wherever they are displayed or posted.

This applies to original Roosters Peacock content appearing on roosterspeacock.com, Shopify, social media accounts, online marketplaces, email marketing, advertisements, printed materials, blogs, educational materials, videos, livestreams, recorded content, and any other website, platform, publication, or promotional material.

Please enjoy viewing our work and sharing direct links to it, but do not take, alter, or reuse the images themselves.

Without prior written permission from Roosters Peacock, protected visual content may not be:

• Downloaded, copied, saved, or screenshotted for reuse

• Reposted or uploaded as a separate image to another account, website, store, marketplace, group, or platform

• Edited, cropped, recolored, filtered, retouched, enhanced, or otherwise altered

• Used after removing, covering, changing, or cropping out a logo, watermark, business name, or website address

• Used for personal projects, educational materials, advertising, promotion, resale, or commercial purposes

• Used to advertise, represent, or sell another person’s product, service, or business

• Printed, reproduced, distributed, licensed, sold, or included in another product

• Used to create listings, labels, merchandise, artwork, graphics, or derivative products

• Uploaded to artificial-intelligence systems, image generators, editing tools, training datasets, or similar services

• Claimed or presented as another person’s photograph, artwork, product, or original creation

Purchasing an item from Roosters Peacock does not transfer ownership of its product photographs, label designs, artwork, written content, or other associated intellectual property. Viewing or purchasing from Roosters Peacock does not grant permission to copy, download, edit, publish, distribute, or reuse our visual content.

Sharing a direct link to a Roosters Peacock product, page, or original social-media post is welcome. Using a platform’s built-in share feature to share the complete original post is also welcome when the content, credit, branding, and links remain intact. Downloading an image and reposting it as a separate image is not permitted without written permission.

In plain terms: our photographs and creative work are available to view and enjoy, but they are not available for others to take, change, repurpose, resell, or claim.

Any use requires prior written permission from Roosters Peacock, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law. All rights are reserved.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. For an eligible physical product, request a return within the 7-day return period. After the return is approved, a replacement product must be purchased through a separate order.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after an approved return has been received and inspected. When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued only for eligible returns or verified problems covered by this policy.
