These Sacred Smoke Logs are 4-pack bundles of handcrafted smudging sticks, designed for traditional smoke-based spiritual practices. Each pack contains four different sacred herbs or woods, allowing you to explore various combinations in rituals for cleansing, meditation, or creating sacred space.

In spiritual traditions, smudging with sacred herbs and woods is used to clear stagnant or unwanted energies, purify spaces or auras, invite positive vibrations, and support intention-setting during ceremonies, meditation, prayer, or daily spiritual work. Light one end of a log, allow it to smolder after gently blowing out the flame, and direct the smoke mindfully through areas or over yourself with intention.

-Yerba Santa, Palo Santo, White Sage, Eucalyptus, and Cedar  
  This blend includes Yerba Santa (traditionally used for emotional healing, empowerment, and purification), Palo Santo (for peace and positivity), White Sage (for cleansing), Eucalyptus (for protection and healing), and Cedar (for grounding, purification, and positive energy).
